    • Purpose: Deliver daily reports and transactional emails
  • Data Providers: ATTOM Data Solutions (real estate market data)
    • Information shared: Selected ZIP codes for data retrieval
    • Purpose: Obtain market data to generate your intelligence reports
    • Note: We do not share your personal information with ATTOM; only service-level data requests
  • Hosting and Infrastructure: AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting and data storage
    • Information shared: All account and service data
    • Purpose: Host the Service and store data securely

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You cannot opt out of:

  • Transactional emails (billing notifications, password resets)
  • Daily market intelligence reports (these are the core Service; cancel your subscription if you don’t want them)
  • Important Service announcements

7.5 Do Not Track

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because there is no industry consensus on what actions to take in response to DNT signals. We do not track your browsing activity across third-party websites.
