6. Data Retention
6.1 Active Account
- Account data: retained while active, self-managed via dashboard
- Reports: archived 24 months, auto-deleted thereafter (can export)
- Billing data: 7 years per legal/tax regulation
- Usage data: emails (24m), analytics (36m), logs (90d), aggregated stats (indefinite)
6.2 Closed Accounts
- Account closes at end of billing period; no new data collected
- 30-day window to reactivate before deletion
- All personal info deleted after 30 days except legally/mask-retained data
- Billing records (7yrs), anonymized/aggregated stats kept indefinitely
6.3 Legal/Compliance Retention
- May retain certain data longer per law, regulation, or contracts
6.4 User-Initiated Deletion
- Email support at realtoreye dot com to request deletion (processed within 30 days)
- Some items may remain (e.g. billing records per law, aggregated non-identifiable stats)
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
7.1 No Selling
RealtorEye does not sell, lease, or trade your personal or market data to third-parties.
7.2 Service Providers
- Stripe: payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1, US-based)
- AWS: hosting, data storage, email delivery (SOC 2 Type II, US)
- ATTOM Data: market data feed (ZIP code-based, not linked to identity)
All providers are contractually required to comply with security and privacy standards.
7.3 Legal Disclosures
- Only if required (court order, subpoena, law enforcement, regulation)
- You will be notified when allowed
- Minimum info released, all requests documented
7.4 Business Transfers
In event of acquisition/merger, user data may transfer but the new entity must honor this Policy.
7.5 Anonymized Data Sharing
May share aggregate/anonymous data (not traceable to individuals) for research or reporting.
8. Your Data Rights & Control
- Access: View/export your data (email admin at realtoreye dot com; 30 day response)
- Correct: Update info in your dashboard or request corrections
- Delete: Request deletion (see process above; legally retained items excluded)
- Restrict Processing: Opt out of marketing, analytics, or restrict processing of specific data
- Portability: Export your data in standard formats on request
- Object: Object to certain processing (e.g., marketing, analytics)
9. Market Data Rights & Restrictions
- Unlimited ZIP code reports for your business only
- No resale, redistribution, or data harvesting
- No creation of competing products or services with RealtorEye data
- No removing attributions or violating provider terms
- Market data licensed not sold
- Violation may result in data loss
10. Data Accuracy & Limitations
- We strive for accuracy, but source and delivery limits may apply
- No warranty of 100% accuracy or timeliness
- You must verify critical details and use professionals as needed
- Report errors to support at realtoreye dot com for investigation and possible correction
11. Data Breach Response
- Security audits, intrusion prevention/training, and response procedures in place
- Immediate action and notification (users and regulatory agencies) within 72 hours when required
- Ongoing user support and review after resolution
12. International Data Transfers
- All data stored/processed in the US (AWS US-East-1, no routine international transfers)
- By using the Service from abroad, you consent to your data being processed under US law
- GDPR-compliant mechanisms for EEA/UK users; rights for access, correction, erasure, objection, etc.
- Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses, technical & organizational measures, regular review

13. Children’s Data
- Service is for individuals 18+ only
- No data knowingly collected from children under 18
- Immediate deletion of any child data discovered (with parental notice if possible)

14. Changes to This Data Policy
- We may update this Policy as needed and will update the “Last Updated” date
- Material changes: email notice, home page notice, and 30 days advance heads-up before changes apply
- Continued use of the Service means you accept revisions; cancel if you disagree
